Job Summary
This role involves the design, simulation, and implementation of complex reflector antenna systems up to 100 GHz for satellite communication, radio astronomy, and deep space missions. The successful candidate will create system specifications, collaborate with clients and partners on component selection and new developments, and conduct commissioning and testing worldwide. This position offers a diverse and engaging opportunity within a supportive team environment, emphasizing high-frequency technology and the ability to quickly grasp new complex technical challenges to develop cutting-edge products for clients in the space industry.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications/High-Frequency Technology or comparable (Bachelor, Master, or PhD)
Experience
- Professional experience in a related field is advantageous
- Experience with measurement techniques in high-frequency metrology is desirable
- Knowledge of waveguide technology is beneficial
- Experience with scripting languages like Matlab/Python is desirable
- Experience with electrical schematics is desirable
