As a Senior Consultant for Digital Payment - Loyalty, you will be a key innovator and subject matter expert in the payment sector, with a specific focus on loyalty programs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve organizing and moderating cross-functional workshops, leading preliminary studies, and developing strategic concepts that lay the groundwork for innovative payment solutions within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. You will bridge customer requirements with initial concepts, create technical specifications, and actively participate in all project phases. This role also includes analyzing market trends, developing pricing and marketing strategies for loyalty-focused products, and coordinating requirements with internal and external payment service providers. The position is ideal for someone who is curious, proactive in driving change, and possesses strong communication and presentation skills across all hierarchical levels.
