Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician to join a technically innovative, medium-sized company in Berlin specializing in safety-critical radio systems for essential services like utilities, public transport, and emergency services. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing, testing, and repairing electronic components, as well as commissioning, maintaining, and repairing digital radio systems both remotely and on-site at customer locations. The ideal candidate will have a background in electronics or radio technology, strong PC skills with Windows and Linux, and a customer-focused, independent, and goal-oriented work ethic. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure communication, with intensive onboarding and support from an experienced team.
