This role involves leading daily activities such as equipment maintenance, solution preparation, material management, waste disposal, and logistics. You will be responsible for planning workloads, training and mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with GMP, GSP, and safety procedures. This position requires a blend of leadership, planning, and hands-on technical support, acting as a primary contact for management and quality teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in a laboratory setting, strong communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
