Job Summary

This role is for a Head of Technical Department responsible for ensuring the smooth technical operation, safety, and maintenance of various leisure facilities including a swimming pool, outdoor pool, bowling alley, sauna village, hostel, and event hall. Key responsibilities involve planning and overseeing repair and renewal projects, managing the technical budget, and ensuring compliance with operational and workplace safety standards, including TÜV inspections and energy audits. The ideal candidate will have a background as a foreman, master craftsman, or technician with experience in team leadership and billing processes, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
