Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support to internal employees, addressing both hardware and software issues through various channels including on-site, phone, and remote access. Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals, as well as managing user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365. The specialist will also conduct error analysis and troubleshooting for network and system disruptions, document support cases, and contribute to IT projects like rollouts and migrations.
