Job Summary

This pivotal role involves leading and developing the IT/Organization department, overseeing approximately 55 employees and team leads across four teams. The successful candidate will report directly to the Executive Board, holding full responsibility for technical, process, and methodological aspects, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including DORA and MaRisk. Key responsibilities include developing strategic objectives for business and risk strategies, as well as managing budget and project planning within the department.
