Job Summary

The Sales Consultant for Spine surgery products will be responsible for driving business growth within the Bern region for DePuy Synthes, a leader in Orthopaedics and Neurochirurgy. Key responsibilities include identifying and realizing new business potential, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and managing comprehensive client relationships with hospitals and clinics. This involves consulting on and demonstrating specialized products used in spine surgery, executing product introductions, and strengthening existing product lines. A crucial part of the role is planning and conducting workshops and training sessions for medical professionals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, dynamic individual with strong negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and a minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices. Excellent command of both German and English is required for success in this international yet locally focused role.

University or University of Applied Sciences degree (advantageous)

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the medical device sector.
  • Proven ability to recognize and implement business potential.
  • Professional experience in building long-term customer relationships with medical professionals (doctors, OR staff, purchasers).
