Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Field Service Technician responsible for executing service assignments, including repair, modification, and maintenance work within a designated service area. Key responsibilities involve conducting fault analysis, troubleshooting issues on various products, and performing maintenance and safety checks on managed systems. The technician will independently carry out commissioning tasks and provide comprehensive service-related advice to clients, including generating necessary quotes. The ideal candidate will possess a completed vocational training in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical qualification, and will benefit from a modern service vehicle and advanced communication tools.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electrician, Electrical Engineer, Electrical Installer, or comparable technical qualification. Cross-entrants with an additional qualification as an Electrical Specialist are welcome.
Experience
- Professional experience in service operations, including repair, modification, and maintenance
- Experience in fault analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience in maintaining and safety checking systems
- Experience in independent commissioning and customer advisory
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driving license (formerly Class 3) is required.
