Job Summary

This role at Solarscouts, a dynamic PV startup, involves providing comprehensive technical support to customers throughout their journey from initial inquiry to post-purchase care. Day-to-day tasks include answering technical questions about photovoltaic products via phone, email, and online channels, assisting with installation queries and product troubleshooting, and generating customized system proposals. The ideal candidate will diagnose technical issues, coordinate repair orders, and act as a primary contact for maintenance and follow-up questions. This position requires close collaboration with sales, technical, and product management teams to relay customer feedback, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for clients engaging with solar energy solutions.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training or further education in Photovoltaics or Electronics, or equivalent specialized knowledge in Photovoltaics.

Experience

  • Successfully completed training or further education in photovoltaics, electronics, or equivalent specialized knowledge in photovoltaics
  • Deep knowledge of photovoltaic/solar technology, from system dimensioning to maintenance
  • High customer orientation and strong communication skills
  • Structured and careful work approach
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel inquiries
