This role involves leading a team of approximately five IT specialists focused on system administration within a dynamic industrial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the stable operation and continuous development of a hybrid IT infrastructure, encompassing Windows, Linux, M365/Azure. Key responsibilities include co-developing and implementing concepts for new IT solutions, analyzing and resolving technical issues through 2nd and 3rd-level support, and ensuring project success through close collaboration with internal and external partners.
