Job Summary
This Senior ServiceNow Developer role involves shaping the future of IT service management by providing expert technical consultation for Service Catalog and Flow Designer implementations. Day-to-day, you will configure flows, subflows, and actions, document current states and target solutions in Confluence, and manage tasks in Jira. Required Skills
Education
University degree with an IT focus or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience with ServiceNow in complex IT environments, especially with Flow Designer, Flows, Subflows, and Actions
- Experience in process automation and digitalization of service processes
- Professional experience with ServiceNow ITSM, including Service Request Management and Service Catalog modules
- Experience in conceptualization and development of Catalog Items and Workflows, particularly for building and maintaining the Service Catalog
- Practical experience with End-to-End processes (e.g., Order-2-Cash, Order-2-Fulfillment, Request-2-Fulfillment)
