Job Summary
This role is for an Environmental Engineer specializing in immission control within the Environmental Office of Nuremberg. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting immission control approval procedures, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations for various facilities (air, noise, soil, water, waste), and addressing environmental complaints. Day-to-day tasks also include advising companies on environmental protection, contributing to urban planning processes, and maintaining facility data. This is a part-time, fixed-term position with potential for permanent employment, offering a chance to contribute to sustainable urban development and environmental protection in Nuremberg.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diplom FH or Bachelor) in Environmental Protection, Environmental Technology, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable natural science-technical field.
