Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Business Process Manager who thrives on new challenges and is committed to continuous improvement. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, defining recommendations, and overseeing their ongoing development. A key part of your work will involve independently conducting Process Mining projects, supporting the administration and technical evolution of the Process Mining platform, and building analyses to integrate new systems and processes. You will also define key performance indicators (KPIs) for process measurement and create management and business process performance dashboards. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, IT affinity, and a collaborative spirit to contribute to concept development and drive process optimization.
