Job Summary

This role involves supporting the setup and management of promotions and flagship launches for an online shop, including creating and managing SKUs, payment procedures, and promotion rules. A key part of the job is quality assurance and testing of all promotions and digital services to ensure technical functionality. The specialist will also troubleshoot customer order issues, process GDPR requests, and communicate with IT systems and the global online shop support team. The position requires monitoring incoming customer orders to identify potential problems, documenting issues and solutions, and assisting with management and ad-hoc reports.
