Job Summary
This role involves being the primary point of contact for customers via a service hotline, managing and coordinating service requests, and approving them. Key responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, tracking service deployments, and planning and monitoring service assignments and providers, including spare parts procurement. The specialist will also coordinate communication with service providers, review service reports, handle internal billing for service assignments and contracts, and manage invoice creation and dispatch. Required Skills
Education
Technical education or degree in Medical Technology, Electrical Engineering, Accounting, or similar
Experience
- Professional experience in back office or service control, or a successfully completed technical education/degree
- Experience with dispatch or service provider control is advantageous
- Initial experience with SAP products and databases is a plus
