Job Summary

This role involves taking charge of SAP HCM systems, with a focus on Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT), including customizing and optimizing these modules. The specialist will advise and support the HR department, conceptualizing and conducting workshops for key users, and analyzing requirements to develop best-practice solutions. A significant part of the job is leading and actively participating in HR/IT digitalization projects, particularly within the S/4 HANA transformation, and managing external IT service providers.
