Job Summary
This role at FERCHAU involves ensuring the safe and efficient decommissioning and operational support of power plant systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating lockout/tagout programs, identifying isolation points on piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and on-site, and defining disconnection measures at system interfaces. The successful candidate will also be responsible for revising existing P&IDs, developing and reviewing lockout/tagout procedures for legacy systems, and completing plant signage. This position is ideal for a Power Plant Master or a Master with extensive experience in plant operations or the planning/decommissioning of power plant facilities, offering a chance to apply deep expertise in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills
Education
Power Plant Master (Kraftwerksmeister) or Master (Meister) qualification
Experience
- Long-term professional experience in power plant operations OR long-term experience in the planning/decommissioning of power plant facilities
- Good knowledge and handling of P&ID schematics
- Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures for power plant systems
- Knowledge of the KKS (Power Plant Identification) Key
