Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive IT support, troubleshooting a wide range of hardware and software issues from mobile devices to internal applications, and keeping colleagues informed. The specialist will also be responsible for installing and updating new systems, including setting up and managing various software applications like VMware and M365. A key aspect of the role is implementing company-wide IT guidelines and contributing to an interregional IT team, while also bringing forward ideas for troubleshooting and vulnerability management. The position requires a proactive, team-oriented individual with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, capable of independent work and on-site support at various locations.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT system integration or comparable qualification
Experience
- Completed vocational training in IT system integration or comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable field
- Experience and knowledge in the ITK (telecommunications) sector
- Extensive knowledge in setting up and maintaining M365 and Exchange Online, Active Directory on-prem, and Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience with Windows servers (2012-2025)
- Experience with various network infrastructure devices
- Expertise in planning, installing, maintaining, and supporting technical systems
