Job Summary

As a Clinical Supply Coordinator, you will be a key figure in the innovative pharmaceutical industry, responsible for organizing and providing clinical trial samples for global studies. Based in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, you will support the Project Manager in planning and delivering clinical trial materials, coordinate standardized activities within global studies, and manage the planning, organization, and logistics of sample provision. Your role will involve creating orders for packaging and labeling, actively participating in extending the shelf life of clinical samples, and developing new strategies to optimize their delivery. Additionally, you will contribute to creating and revising GMP- and GCP-relevant SOPs, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality. This role is ideal for someone with a scientific or healthcare background, strong organizational and communication skills, and a desire to contribute to making pharmaceutical supply more efficient and successful.
