Job Summary

This role is for a Laboratory Technician to join the Quality Management team at Fuchs & Hoffmann Kakaoprodukte GmbH, a leading cocoa product manufacturer in Bexbach, Germany. This is a fixed-term contract for approximately 12 months to cover parental leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently conducting analytical tests on cocoa products, evaluating results, and ensuring thorough documentation. Key responsibilities include managing analytical systems, maintaining data in the lab management system, and coordinating sample materials. The position requires participation in interdepartmental projects and serving as a point of contact for analytical inquiries. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with lab analyses, particularly LC-MS and GC-MS, and a strong understanding of food law.
