This pivotal role involves leading the Organization and Human Resources Department for the City of Sundern, a municipality serving nearly 28,000 residents across 16 districts. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the department's strategic direction, overseeing all aspects of human resources from recruitment and talent development to strategic workforce planning and legal compliance. Responsibilities also include managing the training program, handling organizational fundamental issues, and contributing to the digitalization of administrative processes. Required Skills
Education
• Qualification for career group 2, first entry-level of non-technical administrative service (municipal administration, tax administration, or judicial service) OR • Completed Administrative Course II OR • Completed degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a comparable field
Experience
- At least two years of professional experience in public administration
- Ideally, experience in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Human Resources and/or Organization
