Job Summary

This role is for a strategic leader who will head a nationwide team of Eplan trainers in Germany, based in Monheim am Rhein. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development of the global training portfolio and e-learning offerings, ensuring Eplan training is delivered effectively to customers across Germany. Day-to-day, this involves leading and developing the trainer team, coordinating with internal departments to align training content with market needs, and overseeing quality assurance and continuous improvement of training processes. The position requires strong leadership, a technical background, and a customer-centric approach, focusing on innovation and driving change within a globally successful, family-owned company.
