This opportunity is for a dedicated Credit Office Manager to join a growing regional Raiffeisen Bank in Lavaux. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the analysis, control, and validation of all credit applications. You will serve as the technical expert for customer advisors, ensuring strict adherence to both internal standards and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include evaluating and approving credit requests within your defined competency level, identifying potential risks, and proposing strategic alternatives. Crucially, you will manage and mentor a team of five professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment while ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance (IRB controls). This position requires proven experience in corporate credit and team management, along with strong analytical and organizational skills, making it ideal for a rigorous and engaged professional seeking to contribute to the bank's stability and quality of credit operations.
