Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting end-users for Syensqo. Day-to-day tasks involve managing 1st and 2nd level support tickets, setting up and configuring PCs, laptops, and tablets, installing software, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or electronics, strong experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365, and familiarity with Google Suite. Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
