Job Summary

This role involves the global commissioning and networking of IT systems with sheetfed offset printing machines and their prepress/database systems. Key responsibilities include integrating printing machines and server systems into existing customer IT infrastructures, analyzing and resolving customer issues, and performing worldwide installation, commissioning, and acceptance of optical measurement and control systems. The ideal candidate will have a background as an IT specialist, media technologist, mechatronics engineer, or electrician, possessing strong network knowledge, technical understanding, and experience with server hardware and databases like Oracle and PostgreSQL. Good English skills are essential for effective task execution, and the role requires a willingness to travel globally for service assignments and to work in shifts.
