Job Summary
This role involves instructing and training adult learners in IT infrastructure, focusing on system integration. The instructor will deliver practical content on networks, system administration, operating systems, and IT security, aligning with the curriculum for IT Specialists in System Integration. Day-to-day tasks include conducting live demonstrations, developing teaching materials, and providing support to students, especially in preparation for IHK final exams. The position requires a passion for teaching complex technical concepts in an accessible way, fostering a supportive learning environment, and utilizing digital tools for virtual classroom instruction. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a degree in IT infrastructure, network technology, or a comparable field. Instructor Aptitude Certificate (AEVO) or willingness to obtain it.
Experience
- Professional experience in system administration, network technology, Windows/Linux environments, or IT security
- Experience in conveying technical content clearly and practically, even to learners without prior knowledge
- Experience in a pedagogical role, demonstrating communication strength, patience, and confident demeanor

Additional
- Permanent employment contract. Locations include Augsburg, Berlin, Magdeburg, and other nationwide sites. Ability to teach digitally in a virtual classroom.
