Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or equivalent university degree (Diplom or Magister) in Clinical or Industrial Psychology

Experience

  • At least two years and six months of full-time professional experience in higher service or comparable roles
  • Teaching experience in adult education, ideally in public safety (desirable)
  • Experience in conceptualizing and conducting behavior-oriented training and development programs (desirable)
  • Experience in conducting aptitude assessment procedures (desirable)
