Job Summary
The Federal Police is seeking a dedicated Psychologist to address diverse psychological issues within the organization. This role involves conceptualizing, moderating, and evaluating behavior-based training, participating in aptitude assessment procedures, and providing psychological support for Federal Police Academy members. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree or equivalent university degree (Diplom or Magister) in Clinical or Industrial Psychology
Experience
- At least two years and six months of full-time professional experience in higher service or comparable roles
- Teaching experience in adult education, ideally in public safety (desirable)
- Experience in conceptualizing and conducting behavior-oriented training and development programs (desirable)
- Experience in conducting aptitude assessment procedures (desirable)
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to undertake frequent, multi-day business trips and occasional participation in police operations
