Job Summary
The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is seeking a dedicated Referent for Renewable Energy Expansion to join their Facility Management division in Bonn. This role is crucial for advancing the federal government's goal of achieving climate-neutral property operations through the expansion of renewable energies. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing fundamental questions related to energy management, climate protection, and environmental reporting, serving as a key contact for both internal and external stakeholders. They will also play a central role in managing the project for installing photovoltaic systems on federal properties, particularly those used by the German Armed Forces, overseeing project coordination, tendering, and reporting. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to sustainable real estate management within a large public organization, combining strategic oversight with hands-on project leadership and knowledge transfer through training initiatives.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diplom/Master) in Renewable Energies, Energy Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in energy management, renewable energies, or climate protection
- Experience in presenting work results and conducting training sessions
- Knowledge of relevant legal regulations in the field
- Experience with energy industry contexts

- Occasional business trips throughout Germany are required. Willingness to acquire SAP knowledge if not already possessed. Must be eligible for employment in Germany.
