Job Summary
This role is for a Business Partner Accounting Clerk within the Finance, Holdings, and Sports Department, specifically in the City Treasury. The successful candidate will manage business partner accounts, overseeing payment inflows and outflows, and executing dunning procedures, including deciding on the imposition or waiver of ancillary claims. They will also initiate enforcement actions by determining the legal prerequisites for compulsory enforcement and making decisions on temporary write-offs of unlimited amounts, as well as permanent write-offs up to 5,000.00 Euros. Required Skills
Education
• Qualification for civil servant status A 8 LBesO in Administration and Finance, OR • Completed training as an Administrative Assistant (Verwaltungsfachangestellte:in) or completed Administrative Course I, OR • Completed training as an Office Management Clerk (Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Büromanagement) with willingness to complete Administrative Course I
Experience
- Professional experience in financial accounting and administration
- Experience with dunning and enforcement processes

- Unrestricted work permit for Germany
