Job Summary

This role is for a Telecommunications Service Technician who will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of modern and existing telecommunication systems. Key responsibilities include conducting fault analyses, troubleshooting issues with telephone systems and network technology, and supporting the planning and implementation of telecommunications projects. The technician will also train customers on system usage and meticulously document their work. The ideal candidate will have a background in telecommunications or IT system electronics, possess strong knowledge of telecommunications and network technology, and be adept at problem-solving.
