Job Summary

This role is for a motivated and flexible individual to lead the Electronics Repair Department in Fellbach. The successful candidate will be responsible for both the disciplinary and technical leadership of the team, acting as a key communication interface internally and externally. Day-to-day tasks will involve supporting and shaping repair processes, planning, documenting, and conducting audits. A significant part of the role will also be dedicated to introducing new products and processes, focusing on repair planning, design, and optimization.
