Job Summary
This Senior IT Administrator role focuses on ensuring the smooth and secure operation of complex IT systems at a major German airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical support and evolution of Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructures at a 3rd-level support capacity. Key responsibilities include incident analysis and resolution, implementing and optimizing security measures in cloud environments, proactive monitoring for security vulnerabilities, and coordinating with external service providers. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a focus on security, and participation in on-call duty. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science or comparable vocational training
Experience
- Several years of professional experience
- In-depth knowledge in MS 365 and MS Azure
- Experience in permissions management (Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender, Azure Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access)
- Experience in 3rd level support, ideally in managing complex and security-critical IT systems
