Job Summary

This role involves providing essential technical support for digital print and document solutions across Northern Germany, based out of Lübeck. Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for commissioning, networking, and troubleshooting systems directly at customer sites, performing repairs and maintenance, and meticulously documenting all service-related data. A key part of the job is also to identify warranty and guarantee cases and support sales by actively promoting technical services. You'll develop and implement customized workflows and solutions, requiring a blend of technical expertise and strong customer interaction skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an Information Electronics or IT Systems Electronics specialist to take on significant responsibility in a customer-facing role, with a focus on problem-solving and service excellence.
