Job Summary
As the Head of Building Services, you will lead a team responsible for the comprehensive management of all technical systems and facilities within a modern sports and education center in Frankfurt. Your daily tasks will involve overseeing the planning, organization, and maintenance of technical installations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and managing budgets for technical, renovation, and new construction projects. You will also coordinate maintenance work, manage the building services team, and create work schedules. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong technical background and excellent organizational skills, offering a dynamic and responsible position within a well-equipped facility.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical training in building services, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification. A university degree in these fields is advantageous.
