Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Head of THT Production to oversee and optimize the Through-Hole Technology (THT) manufacturing department for an electronics service provider. The successful candidate will lead a motivated team, ensuring smooth production workflows, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with ESD and quality standards. Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining selective soldering/wave soldering machines, troubleshooting minor technical issues, developing fixture concepts, and creating/optimizing soldering programs. The position requires a background in electronics, practical production experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
