Job Summary

This role is for a passionate Field Service Technician specializing in banking systems, based in the Darmstadt, Dieburg region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of hardware in the banking sector, including self-service (SB) systems. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting fault diagnostics, installations, and commissioning of systems, as well as performing maintenance and servicing of cash and non-cash branch systems. The role also requires ensuring compliance with DGUV V3 regulations for electrical operating systems and managing administrative tasks such as determining installation scope for quotes and documenting customer infrastructure.
