Job Summary

This role involves providing critical field service for fuel cell and battery test systems, primarily within the Central Germany region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and calibration of test benches at customer sites, as well as the commissioning and quality control of newly installed systems. Key responsibilities also include offering technical customer support, both on-site and remotely, and conducting training sessions for internal and external clients. The position requires strong communication with project managers and a proactive, customer-oriented approach.
