This role is for an expert in digital administration processes, actively shaping the future of public administration. The successful candidate will drive the digitalization of administrative workflows, focusing on e-government, digital services, and smart workflows. Day-to-day tasks include developing modules for e-government portals, analyzing and modeling current and target processes, administering central system components, and providing user support. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in Business Administration, Administrative Sciences, or Digital Administration; OR qualification for career group 2, entry level 1, General Administration, with a focus on general administrative service; OR successful completion as a Municipal or Administrative Specialist, Angestelltenprüfung II, or (Administrative) Business Economist (VWA).
