Job Summary

This role involves independently developing device hardware architecture for future broadband communication systems in the GHz range, specifically focusing on Smart Antenna Technology. The architect will design hardware for various aircraft classes, prioritizing modularity, performance, and hardware, firmware, and software partitioning. Key responsibilities include defining hardware architectures and interfaces in close collaboration with software architects and system engineering, creating specifications, and overseeing hardware design considering components, SoC high integration, RF and digital design, layout, mechanics, cooling, interfaces, and bus systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in radio communication hardware system architectures, a passion for high integration and performance optimization of future GHz radio systems, and strong communication skills for national and international collaboration.
