Job Summary

As a Commissioning Technician in Salzgitter, you will be responsible for the thorough testing and inspection of rail vehicles according to specified procedures. Your daily tasks will involve establishing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic functions, meticulously documenting work results, and maintaining detailed logs of protocols and error lists. A key part of the role is analyzing and resolving complex faults, leveraging your expertise in pneumatics, electrical systems, software, and climate control. You will also contribute to the continuous optimization of commissioning processes. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background, capable of working independently with complex systems and adapting to various working conditions, including confined spaces and heights. The role offers a long-term perspective with the goal of permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
