Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level user support, handling and documenting support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows 11 workstations, printers, and peripherals, as well as providing assistance with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. The specialist will manage user accounts in Azure AD and Active Directory, handle password resets and access rights, and be responsible for the setup, installation, and maintenance of various devices including laptops, PCs, smartphones, and tablets. Furthermore, the role involves device management via Microsoft Intune (MDM), supporting IT rollouts and migrations, and maintaining IT documentation. This position requires a service-oriented, communicative personality with strong technical knowledge in Windows and Microsoft ecosystems, offering flexible working hours in a small, motivated team.

Education

Vocational training as an ICT Specialist (EFZ) or equivalent professional experience

Experience

  • Professional experience in 1st/2nd Level IT Support.
  • Good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with setup, installation, and maintenance of IT hardware (PCs, notebooks, mobile devices).
  • Experience in user administration and group policies.
