Job Summary
This IT Security Manager role is crucial for protecting the company from cyberattacks and unauthorized access by implementing and overseeing a group-wide Information Security Management System (ISMS). Day-to-day, you will develop and define information security policies and strategies, conduct risk analyses, and report directly to leadership on IT security status and emerging risks. A key aspect of the role involves raising awareness for IT security through designing and delivering company-wide training and events. This position offers a challenging opportunity to lead information security projects, ensuring a secure digital environment and smooth operation of IT systems within a sustainably-minded corporation.
Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Security, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or comparable field. Additional qualification in information security or IT service management (e.g., T.I.S.P. or CISSP certificate) is ideal.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as an Information Security Officer and/or in IT security, cybersecurity, ISMS
- Fundamental knowledge of relevant legal norms for information security
- Experience in the conception, development, and implementation of secure IT procedures, preferably in critical infrastructure (KRITIS)
