Job Summary

This role is designed to strengthen the Yield Engineering & Process Integration department, focusing on enhancing product yield and improving the stability of electrical parameters (PCM) within a high-tech environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for one or more technological nodes, driving improvements through rigorous statistical analysis (PPk/Cpk) and data interpretation (BIN, wafer maps, in-line measurements). You will actively manage PCM files, ensure Final Volume Qualification for your technology, and resolve critical production issues such as low-yield wafers and non-conformities. This position is ideal for a methodical, solution-oriented engineer with strong analytical skills who thrives in multi-disciplinary project management, coordinating closely with R&D, Production, and Defectivity teams.

Required Skills

Education

Engineer's Degree in Physics or Microelectronics

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Integration (CMOS Si-based)
  • Experience with embedded memory is a plus
  • Professional experience in managing multi-team projects (Process, Yield, Defectivity, Production, R&D)
  • Experience in project coordination, prioritization, and objective achievement
