As a Requirements Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping software solutions from conception to live operation, ensuring they effectively meet business needs and enhance daily workflows for major brands. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing complex business processes, translating stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable specifications, and collaborating closely with development and UX teams. You will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and prioritizing functional and non-functional requirements using various modeling techniques like BPMN and UML. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree or professional experience in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in requirements analysis and modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML, User Stories)
- Ability to structure, prioritize, and communicate complex issues appropriately for the audience
- Initial exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, REST-APIs, or workflow automation tools
- Enjoyment in taking responsibility and actively shaping solutions hands-on
