Job Summary
As a Brand Owner for Jewelry, you will hold strategic and operational responsibility for the brand presence and cross-channel sales expansion within the jewelry segment. Your primary goal will be to achieve significant growth, consistent modernization, and sustainable brand strengthening in the premium market. You will develop and implement future-oriented brand, product, and sales strategies, focusing on premium positioning and cross-channel growth. This role involves managing the product range, including trend scouting and product development, and building a more vertically integrated value chain from product idea to marketing and sales. You will also expand and manage all relevant sales channels, cultivate a loyal customer base through CRM, optimize the customer journey, and identify new growth potentials. This is a key entrepreneurial role offering significant creative freedom to lead a traditional brand into a modern future within a growing company.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Administration, Fashion/Jewelry Design, Marketing, or comparable field
Experience
- At least 5 years in a comparable position in the jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods sector
- Professional experience in brand management, design trends, and target groups in the premium segment
- Experience in developing brand strategies and cross-channel marketing control
