Job Summary
This Project Manager Digitalization role focuses on advancing digital initiatives within the heating sector of an renewable energy company. Day-to-day, you'll be the primary point of contact for digitalization topics, managing and evolving ERP and CRM systems, and overseeing the implementation of new software solutions and processes. You'll gather and evaluate departmental requirements, contribute to group-wide projects, and act as a liaison with the central IT team to proactively develop solutions. This position is ideal for someone with a background in industrial engineering or business informatics, who is process-oriented, communicative, and keen to shape the future of renewable energy through digital transformation. The role offers the flexibility of mobile work and a 4-day work week option.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable field
Experience
- Professional experience with ERP and CRM systems (desirable)
- Experience with databases (ideally)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (advantageous)

Additional
- Mobile work possible; Locations: Augsburg, Berlin, Buttenwiesen, Flensburg, Hamburg, Radegast, or Reußenköge; Full-time (36h/4-day week) or part-time employment possible.
