Job Summary
This role at the Uelzen District Administration focuses on developing, implementing, and continuously improving the quality management system within the Youth and Social Affairs department. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and adapting the QM system, establishing reporting, leading QM circles, and conducting weakness analyses to drive continuous improvement processes. A key aspect involves identifying, analyzing, and enhancing departmental processes, as well as providing training to staff on the QM system and specialized applications. Additionally, the position acts as a Poweruser, defining IT requirements, managing user permissions, providing first-level IT support for specialized applications, and generating reports and statistics. Required Skills
Education
Civil service qualification for career group 2, first entry-level, General Services, particularly degrees with a focus on administrative or social sciences, or successful completion of the Administrative Specialist (Angestelltenlehrgang II) examination
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a career-relevant activity within public administration
- Professional experience in quality management and assurance
- Professional experience in process management
- Experience in various roles within a municipal administration is desirable
