Job Summary
This role is for an Accounting Clerk specializing in accounts receivable and debt collection for a client in Munich. The successful candidate will independently manage enforcement orders, including debt reductions, and oversee the dunning process. Key responsibilities also include meticulous documentation of all transactions, coordinating with colleagues and supervisors, and participating in regular meetings, including minute-taking. Additionally, the role involves providing telephone and written advice to customers. Ideal candidates will have a background in administration or commercial management, possess strong IT literacy, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in German, coupled with a service-oriented and responsible work ethic.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant, Administrative Specialist, or Office Management Clerk, or a comparable commercial or administrative qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in administrative or commercial roles
- Experience with standard IT applications
- Basic technical understanding of various software systems (desirable)
